Ganeshagita is a didactical work that forms the part of the Ganesa Purana. Comprising of 11 chapters with 413 verses, it is in the form of a dialogue between King Varenya and his divine son Gajanana or Ganesa. The Ganesagita brings philosophy and religion to the doors of the masses. A brief summary of Ganesagita is presented in this booklet.
Swami Harshananda, the author of this booklet, was a senior scholarly monk of the Ramakrishna Order. He has several books to his credit in Sanskrit, English and Kannada.
